Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTIONHelp customers plan, save, invest, and grow with State Farm. Whether that is saving for retirement, funding a child’s education, or building wealth, this role is designed to partner with our customers to help them realize the future they invision. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial service options.
- Design and implement goal oriented financial plans specific to customer needs. Provide both the guidance and products to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Customer appointments can be held face to face or via video conferencing.
- The agency has two locations and a large established book of insurance business that will be used for financial service opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Series 7 licensed, CHFC or a combination of the Series 6, 63 and 65.
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
